How to add a new role type

  1. Go to ‘Settings > Users’

  1. Click on ‘Roles’

  1. Click on ‘Add New Roles’.

  1. Enter the name, description of the role, and enable the permissions. Click on ‘Save’.

There are two types of permission that can be granted according to the role type. The first is the ‘view only’. In this, the user can only view the data but not make any changes. This is enabled through the toggle switch in the first column. The second one is ‘Full Control’. In this, the user can view, edit, and delete everything he has access to. This is enabled using the toggle switch in the second column.

  1. A new role type is successfully added.
